Do you accept returns?

Do you accept returns for non-defective products?
Yes, we accept returns for both defective and non-defective products, provided they meet the conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy. In general, defective products do not need to be returned. We will replace them free of charge. The same applies to incorrectly delivered items.
Customers are only responsible for the return shipping costs of non-defective products that they no longer want for personal reasons.
