Return and Refund Policy
Returns
We offer a 30-day return policy, including sale items. You have 30 days from delivery to request a return.
To be eligible, items must be unused or unworn, in their original condition and packaging, with tags attached where applicable. Proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, email info@malluci.com with your order number. We aim to respond within 24 hours with the return address and instructions.
Items sent back without first requesting a return may not be accepted.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, we will cover the return costs or arrange a replacement at no additional charge.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us as soon as possible if an item is damaged, defective or incorrect so we can resolve the issue.
Exceptions
The following items cannot normally be returned:
- Personalised or custom-made products
- Opened hygiene or personal-care products
- Perishable goods
- Hazardous or flammable products
- Gift cards

Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange an item is to return your original order and place a new order once your return has been approved.
EU 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Customers receiving orders within the European Union have the right to cancel or return eligible purchases within 14 days, without providing a reason.
Returned items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional processing time.
If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, contact us at info@malluci.com.
Statutory Rights
This policy does not affect your statutory consumer rights.
For UK customers, this includes rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
